MASA FORMS
MASA scholarships are need-based. The amount that you receive depends primarily on your family income. In cases in which your family's income is very high, you will not be eligible for a scholarship. In cases in which your family income is very low, you will probably be eligible for a significant scholarship. In most cases, in which your family's income is neither extremely high, nor extremely low, you will receive a sizable amount that will assist you in reaching the full program price. In order to apply for a MASA scholarship you must first apply Kibbutz Ulpan Program. You will then fill out a MASA scholarship application form and send it to us. We will forward the form to the MASA offices in Jerusalem for review. You will receive a letter of notification from MASA. The scholarship money will be transferred to the Kibbutz Ulpan program on your behalf. You do not need to wait until you are officially accepted to a program to apply for a MASA scholarship. We recommend that you apply as early as you can, as it takes around 45 days to process a new scholarship application. The scholarship is rewarded at the end of the full five month program, the money will be paid back to you upon completion of the program or shortly after
